Kind of freaking out

Laura • Mother of 2
I found out I'm pregnant last week, and I am really excited. This will be my 2nd child. But I'm trying really hard to not panic over every little thing. I had 3 miscarriages before I was able to keep my sweet daughter. I really don't want to have to go through that again. I know I'm probably being silly. I'm doing everything my doctor had me do last time to keep my pregnancy (taking low-dose aspirin and progesterone every day). I still worry. I'm super constipated and bloated, and I'm probably making it worse because I'm scared of pushing too hard, thinking I'll lose my baby. Every cramp is nerve-wracking. How do I deal with this stress? I'm sure it can't be healthy for my baby.
