My period is due in two days, Today makes two days in a row I've spotted pinkish brown discharge. I ovulated on the 10th and had sex without any protection along with my fertil window days. I couldn't even put a bra on this morning my boobs feel so tender. I'm having sharp pains near my ovaries and my back is hurting. Is implantation bleeding a clear sign I'm pregnant?
