How much is everyone sleeping?

Not enough... I wake up at least every 1-2 hours just to turn over onto my other side because my hips and knees and tailbome get very achey and sore.

I wake up every few hours to pee, but then I nap hardcore after work.

How long do I lay down to sleep or how long do I actually sleep? Those two things are very different. I lay down for 8-9 hours a night but I wake up every 1-2 hours and am usually awake from 3:30-5:00 ish.

My Fitbit shows ridiculous sleep. If I take Tylenol pm, I get 2-3 hours. If I take an ambien, I get 3-4.5. If I don't take anything, I'm lucky to get an hour. 😕

It depends, some days better then others 😕 On a good day 12 hours... I'll be home at 6, eat then sleep at 6:30, wake up to pee for a few min only, then wake up at 6:30am for work.
On bad days 4 hours... I'll run errands, cook or clean, shower at 10 and have a hard time tossing and turning from back pain and won't get to sleep until 12:30am and wake up at 3:30 am to pee, toss and turn again until I sleep at 5 only to wake up at 6 before my alarm clock 😖

Last two nights I've been having a HELL of a time sleeping! Baby girl has me all out of whack the last few days. Hoping she comes asap. 38 & 4, I'm ready. :P
