I only get short term disability 6 or 8 weeks depending on delivery type and FML which is 12 weeks total but that starts when I go out so I'm waiting until labor I don't want to lose any of it to before!

Just remember it's time missed with baby if you choose to take it for me the sacrifice was worth it I am exhausted but I can get my work done. I guess it depends on how you feel deep down and how physical your job is and what you feel like you can handle

If I take mine early it takes off my 12 weeks I could be spending with my newborn...... So I don't think I would take a full 4 weeks if you still feel like
