I was diagnosed with short cervix (dynamic)around 23 weeks was about 1 cm. was put on vaginal progesterone thru the entire pregnancy until 36 weeks
I worked thru the pregnancy. No bed rest
The one thing that I think helped a lot was staying positive . I never let the thot of premature delivery come to mind. Hope this helps
