HELP 😫 TMI but need some relief is Milk of magnesium ok ?

Just went through this. I literally ate a mix of different kinds of fruit that I got fresh from the grocery store && drank plenty water. Few hours later wallah lmfao. Hope this helps. Congratulations mama.

They gave me milk of magnesia on the labour ward so I'd say it was safe lol I just eat a load of fruit or pasta n it does the trick. Ok, I'm binge eating fruit anyway but it's a good side effect! lol
