A few months ago I was able to lose 10 pounds relatively easy (i was an in- season Varsity athlete). But now I can't seem to get back into shape and have gained 17 pounds- I don't know what to do and every time I try to 'diet' I can't seem to stick with it. Help me? I weigh 141 lbs, 5'5'', medium build. I want to be able to pass a Navy fitness exam and need to lose weight to do chin-ups/ run faster. My goal weight is 130 to 125ish but I can't seem to get there and stay.
