Feeling free
So I've been dealing with anxiety for quite some time now (a lot going on in the family) and I started a new relationship at a bad time so have had a hard time dealing with that and having no self worth and worrying he would leave me for someone better, I had a couple of panic attacks 2 nights ago and realised I need to work on loving myself so that's exactly what I have done the last few days, just read some articles, spent time on my own and enjoyed my own company and today I feel absolutely fantastic! Like a new person! There is a light at the end of the tunnel for anyone who may be suffering from anxiety! Chin up ladies
