Gonal-F , ovidrel & iui at 40+?

Question

Has anyone tried this recipe yet?? I started injectables cd2 and will be monitored again cd5. My dosage is 225 for 3 nights. The shots aren't bad just wish I'm not wasting my time. Will have to move on to ivf. Already did clomid and Femara IUIs all bfn. Anyone???

I'm 3dpiui currently I did Clomid 100 mg followed by 3 gonal f injections and didn't respond so they ordered 3 more still no response. Doubled my dose for 2 days and finally some results. I had a small hcg injection to keep the small follicles small. One more gonal f that night and next morning one egg was ready and they gave me the option to trigger that day or wait till the next day and have 2 eggs and I chose to wait so I had one more hcg shot and triggered the following night which was Monday and had my iui Wednesday. Hubbys sample was very good so I have a good feeling about it good luck to you

I did this my Jan cycle with Follistim. My dose was 225iu nightly. I actually became pregnant that cycle but had a mc at 8wks. This month, I did Gonal F, 225 (BC it was less money than Follistim this month). Both cycles I was monitored about every third to every other day with blood work and sono. Right now, I'm in my tww. They will prbly monitor you closely to make sure you don't over stimulate for an IUI. In my case, I have a right sided uu, so that paired with my age, they didn't really worry about that.
