Trying not to freak. Up until now it's been I think normal but I just went pee and wiped and it was like the gross after period stuff.. Not a ton but easily seen. Little on my panties. Trying not to freak out. What does it mean?! First doctors appt Thursday! Any peace of mind to give?!
