I'm 22 weeks and just had some pink spotting after using the restroom. Should I be concerned or is that normal, especially this far along?

I would contact your OB and let them document it, at the very least. No amount of bleeding or spotting is "normal" in pregnancy, even if it's somewhat common. Spotting past the 1st trimester, especially, should be reported so they can monitor the situation. Spotting can occur after intercourse but even so, the doctor will probably tell you to refrain for 2 weeks and try again to see if it happens again. In any case, if definitely let your doctor know.
