Ladies.... I just ate...... Minutes ago. Why am I feeling hungry again I just had chicken and rice just a small meal before that I had some cashews and a piece of cake before that I just ate a full meal at 8pm. Ughh now it's 5:50 am in the morning. I'm constantly waking up to pee and eat pee and eat. Can any one tell me what I can do to stop this. I can't sleep properly ever since I got pregnant. I don't feel like waking up every morning to eat but if I don't eat I can't sleep! I don't know what to do. I don't know what will keep me full... Any suggestions???
