Just wondering...

So I'm trying to lose a significant amount of weight. I know the scale is 80% diet, 20% activity.... I've been eating super healthy... Is it necessary to go to the gym everyday? I went 5 days last week, rested Sunday and went yesterday... I'm thinking about not going today, my body is a little sore.... I just get obsessed... When I do something I DO it.... I've lost 80 pounds before but it was 2-3 years ago and I'm older now... Opinions would be appreciated!!
