TTC #1

Has anyone experienced this and gotten a bfp.... I am two days late and haven't tested. My boobs have been feeling almost as if they're bruised, not stabbing pain just that dull ache. Last night I had the sudden urge to throw up but didn't. Now today I had cramps that I were sure were AF cramps and dashed to the bathroom. Instead it was thick/creamy cm. has anyone experienced this and been preggo?  I'm hopeful!!
