Diclegis not working?

Has anyone else experienced Diclegis not working? I have even increased to the max dose. I STILL am ready to throw up each and every night. This is day 3 or 4, so it's been in my system long enough to work, I feel.

I felt the same way and stopped taking it. Boy did I see a difference. It may not take all the nausea away but it does help some. You can't go crazy eating everything. You have to eat very bland goods in small amounts through out the day. Hope this helps.

My Dr prescribed diclegis for me, but I haven't taken it. My mom took it when she was pregnant with me, and at 8 months along (1983), they pulled it from the shelves because they couldn't afford to pay the lawsuits regarding birth defects.  (It was called Bendectin back then). I firmly believe that IT IS SAFE (30 yrs of tests and studies before they brought it back proved it), but because I was born with a birth defect, I just can't bring myself to take it. I'm sure it was probably my mom's smoking and such that did it, but paranoia gets the best of me. I ended up at the hospital this past weekend for dehydration. Hadn't eaten in 2 days, vomiting a few times an hour all.day.long. they gave me Zofran and Reglan along with 2 bags of iv fluids. I've lost about 15 pounds. I'm calling my Dr in the morning to discuss another option. DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR SOMETHING STRONGER, especially if you are vomiting more than 6 times a day, or can't hold down any water.

it took 5-6 days to help me. not saying it helps all but maybe give it a little longer

I'm having the same issue. Today is my 35th day of having pretty severe "morning sickness" and nothing seems to help. Perhaps the pill takes a bit of the edge off but it sure doesn't take the nausea or vomiting away!
