Pcos & Endometriosis

Hey ladies! I was diagnosed with pcos a year ago and today my fertility doc is saying she's not so sure I have pcos considering I am only 105 lbs, do not have any excessive hair, and no family history of pcos. I do however have bad acne and no periods without medication. I had a vaginal ultrasound done today and she said I have 27 follicles on one ovary and 23 on the other. She's thinking I could have endometriosis. I won't get my blood test back for a week but I am just wondering if anyone has any personal experiences with pcos and endometriosis? Any advice would be helpful thanks in advance =)
