CD 31- No AF, keeping my fingers crossed

I'm currently on CD 31 and this is my first cycle on Metformin for PCOS.  I got my peak opk reading on CD 17.  CD 25-27 I noticed light brown spotting, only when I wiped. I've had intermittent right pelvic pain/pinching since CD 24. CD 27 I started with lower back pain and then today I have a headache and waves of nausea.  I know I should go ahead and test but I'm so afraid of yet another BFN.  I don't know if my emotions can handle it.
