Do you wash your hands after changing diapers?

My SO does not wash his hands after changing our son, it's so gross to me I have to constantly remind him or give him hand sanitizer. What do you ladies think?

I don't like people who don't wash after using Bathrooms or diaper changing. So gross. I mean if it's a pee that lo did not a huge deal but a poo???

I'm a nanny and every family I've worked for has had hand sanitizer next on the baby changing station. So, yeah, definitely at least use hand sanitizer. If it's poop, I go and actually wash my hands. Yuck 😂

When my dd poops I wash, when she pees I'll either not wash or use a quick pump of sanitizer. Even when I use the bathroom in the mall or something the sinks are far dirtier then the toilets so I use sanitizer once I leave the bathroom.
