Can plan B show up in a blood test? PLZ ANSWER!!!

Something just occurred to me... I took plan be a few weeks back and just remembered the symptoms can last this long. My mom took me to the doctor to hve a blood test done to see if I was anemic or hypoglycemic (low blood sugar). She doesn't know about the pill or me having sex because I'm only 14, they will be looking for stuff that causes fatigue in my blood and may find the pill... I got it behind my mom's back and with her being Catholic and religious I will be DEAD if she finds out... I'm super worried. Is it detectable with a liver and kidney and other various blood tests??😭😨

In short, no. Depending on when you took the pill and when the blood work was done, it may be detectable on some blood tests, BUT there are two major things to remember:

1) They aren't looking for it. Lab techs run different tests depending on what they're looking for, in this case blood sugar and iron levels. They won't be running tests to check for hormone levels. 
2) Doctors are not in the business of "tattling" on their patients for using birth control. 
You have nothing to worry about on that front.

That being said, you are super young, so please be careful and consider if sex is really a good idea for you right now. If you decide it is, try to get to your nearest Planned Parenthood or health department to get on some form of stable, reliable birth control. While I don't recommend hiding things from your parents, IF a you are going to be sexually active, I suggest finding a form of birth control you can easily use privately.

Regardless of whether or not you use hormonal BC, always, always use a condom for added pregnancy prevention and protection from STIs.
