If it's a lot of blood clots and bad stomach cramps it might be a miscarriage. That's what happened to me.

It's nothing at all to worry about, blood clots are formed from old blood, are there any like white/grey tissues in the blood? I am undergoing investigation for blood clots at the minute, these were the size I had just recently, I passed about 24 of them! Just waiting now for my scan, if you're really worried go to the doctors but it should be something and nothing. Miscarriages usually have white or grey tissues in them. Hope you find out what's wrong hunnie xxx

I think it's just the lining- I don't know how to explain it but they're like tiny clots that happen in where the eggs try to implant in the lining of your vagina or something. It's normal on heavier days of your period
