SO wants a daughter not a son!

I have a three year old daughter from a previous relationship. Currently pregnant with number two. My partner has expressed such desire for a daughter and doesn't want a boy. His reason is boys are weak mummies boys.

Now I'm super worried that if we find out it's a boy he will be genuinely gutted. I have images of being at the scan, being told its a boy and being just as Happy. Then looking at him and his face dropping.

I'm worrying that he has already decided he will be less close to this one if its a boy, even subconsciously.

And that it will intact affect how's he treats this one or bonds, even if he doesn't mean to, its already on his mind that he wants a girl.
