My husband and I have been TTC #1 for 11 months now with no luck yet ?. Anyone have any suggestions on what to try? I track BBT, CM and OPKs along with taking prenatal, 2000mg Metformin, vitamin D, iron, fish oil and additional folic acid.  DH takes multivitamin, fish oil and fertilaid. I am losing hope on being able to conceive on our own, if we are unsuccessful in the next few months here we will be going in for infertility treatments. Does anyone have any ideas or advice of what we can try? Desperation is kicking in...
