Not "ovulation worthy" HELP

Well I am out for now. Had labs done yesterday and a vaginal Ultrasound a few weeks ago and Dr called not ovulating or producing eggs ? he is clueless as to why I have gotten positive OPKs. I go Monday to discuss fertility treatment options so any and all input would be appreciated. We don't want to do IUI or IVF yet being it's so costly we want that as a LAST resort. I'm 23 and so devastated and lost and clueless. I'm 5'3" and 145 I eat pretty healthy the worse thing I do is smoke. I don't drink but once in a very blue moon and then it's ONE drink. Idk anymore ?
