I've been off implanon since Nov 18, and had my first period since removal on Dec 11. I tracked my OD and had sex accordingly. I've had horrible soreness in my breast/nipples, stomach cramps with no period (I've never had cramps without starting my period in my life) and finally decided to take a First Response test 6 days before when my period is expected (not sure if it's accurate because I never had periods on implanon). I'm seriously hoping I tested too soon because this is my second BFN and I'm in my early 20s..peak of my fertility and I'm already getting discouraged! I've never had these symptoms preAF. Going to retest the 9th if AF doesn't show. Fingers crossed! Baby dust to everyone ✨
