Advice needed

Hiya am jen and trying to conceive baby no.2 but ever since having our 1st born who's 2 in June we haven't used anything for about 1 year and still no luck. Ever since having my little girl I haven't had proper period it's only just getting regular again after so long I have 1 every 4 weeks which lasts a week but am in no pain has anyone still conceived and been in the same situation thankyou.
