Could this be implantation bleeding?

Could this be implantion bleeding ... I'm 8dpo and I have a few times when I wipe where my discharge would have stripes of blood in it .. It's been happening since 5dpo? Also I have having dull cramps with a pinching sensation in my lower adoman
