I honestly think your bangs look cute! But I know if you hate it, you hate it, and no one's opinion will change that. I had an awful pixie cut that took years to be rid of. ?

I find biotin makes my hair and nails stronger, and skin clearer. Didn't grow faster but my hair did break less and had fewer split ends from my horrible straightening all the time, so that made it seem like it grew faster.

Biotin can help, I also suggest the usual ideas too. Regular trims to remove dead hair, use a shampoo for growing hair out, etc. coconut oil makes a great conditioner too but be careful how much you use. Not your mothers has a line of shampoo and conditioner to grow hair out and it works really well

I found that 'for hair that never grows past a certain length' by Lee Stafford really helped get my hair into good condition, allowing it to grow. However, I did find it expensive so I tried an argan oil hair mask that was a lot cheaper and it worked wonders!!!:-)
