Breast size supplements?

I'm 16 and I'm a 34 b . All my aunts grandma and my mom have large breasts , c cup or higher. Are there any supplements / methods that increase the growth?

You don't want big boobs trust me they may look like a good thing to have but its hard finding a shirt to look presentable in sometimes.if you got them flaunt them yes. But sometimes you need to look professional and that's hard to do with big boobs.

I wish I was a b!!! So many problems with bigger boobs! Back pain, chafing and rashes from running. I have a terrible time finding sports bras. But to answer your question-you're boobs will definitely grow more! You have years left of boob growth lol. I'm 23 and my boobs didn't stop really growing until a year ago. They fluctuate now but that's about it. But right now you should just appreciate what you have! Obviously c is probably the desired size (for me too) but I think with the women in you family you'll probably get there

Not as far as I'm aware. I'm 20 & my breasts are still growing. You don't complete development of your body until you're in your early to mid-20's so chances are you will end up with bigger breasts anyway. x

Most women wear the wrong bra size.  There shouldn't be gapping/exposed breast tissue/and the bra shouldn't cover EVERYTHING unless it's full coverage style.  There are also many sister sizes. I am a 34D, but can also wear a 36C. The 34D fits my ribcage better and holds my breast tissue in fully.

There are no supplements. You are still growing. You may grow more. Love what God gave you until there. Always wear supportive, tight sports bras when working out.
