Anyone else have to take folic acid instead of prenatal vitamins because of severe acid reflux
My acid reflux is so bad I had to buy folic acid per the doc and take that instead pf the prenatals..
...update I bought the gummy prenatals instead of the pills and they are much better , not giving me acid reflux..yay!!
