How do you like Ramen?

I eat Ramen occasionally and when I do, I add flavorings to the dish. Here is a picture of one of my favorites. I added chicken, red chili pepper, hot sauce, and veggies.

I like my Ramen in Japan. I haven't found anything even close to the real thing in the UK or Canada. Just thinking about it makes me hungry!

I like mine with vinegar,  hot sauce, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, garlic powder,  cumin,  egg, and paprika. I need more spices ?
