Could I be pregmant?

Hello, I had sex in November around ovulation, my period was over a month late in December, I was due December 14/15, but got really sharp almost miscarriage like pains n what looked like I had a miscarriage; I had one before due to medication, so I am aware if what it is like to have it. Anyways, it wasn't to heavy(like my normal periods, but a little over spotting, then looked like a miscarriage) it lasted till the 21st but got lighter after the first day then on the 22 a light pink spotting with slight cramps, then nothing after a few hours, strange as it sounds I wasn't worried about being pregnant because I assumed a miscarriage, but now I am avtually showing aigns of it.
