Any suggestion...pls

Hello i m 26yr old n hubby is 35yr.ttc since 1 yr bt no luck..had done all fertility tests of both n all reports are normal so doctor said it is unexplained infertility..so nw dr suggest us for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a>... i dont know why as my hubby's SA is perfect.. pls someone let me know
