I'm 9 weeks pregnant today!!!

This pregnancy is going by fast but as far as sleeping goes I can't get no sleep cause I can't get comfortable. I'm constantly switching side and when I get up in the morning my pelvic bone hurts but don't last long. Do anybody else have that problem??? Please help me I need answers!!
