So Sunday the 28th I forgot to take my bc pill because I was either sleeping or driving the whole day and night. Monday morning the 29th when I got home at 4 am my boyfriend and I had sex and he finished inside me and I just took both Monday and Sundays pills. What's the chance of me becoming pregnant?

As long as you made up the pills you shouldn't ovulate.

Where were you in your cycle? I wouldn't be too concerned unless that's the day you ovulated. Taking two pills is fine.

I honestly did that all the time and never got pregnant. There should be a pretty lengthy instructions every time you get your birth control, read through that since every pill is different. But for mine if you missed 1 you would take it as soon as you realized you missed it, even if that means you take 2 in one day. If you miss 2 then you can take 3 in one day or you can take 2 the next two days. They do say to use extra protection (condoms etc) if you even miss one pill, but like I said this happened to me a lot (I took BC for 8 years) and I never got pregnant. Good luck!
