Hi, I just wondered does anyone else suffer from wild mood swings as part of their PMS, and I do mean extreme, like one minute I'll be fine the next I'll be in an uncontrollable suicidal rage, then the next it'll go. I've had issues with mental health in the past so I know the rage/suicidal thoughts are genuine- not an exaggeration. I've been to the docs several times but no one takes me seriously. I just worry as the episodes seem to be getting worse one day I'll actually do something stupid. I don't know what to do. Any help genuinely appreciated x
