So I went to the dentist because I have a toothache. Turns out I will most likely need a revision of the root canal I had done in early November (after a month of pain from a crown being placed on a tooth that was "cracked" but not giving me any issues). Hubby is out of town all week for work, and since I'm a SAHM who lives two hours away from family, I have no childcare. My mom is pressuring me to go up home to see my old dentist (also friend of the family) and get a referral to a specialist. I would BUT I have an OB appt on Thursday morning that I can't reschedule since I have to do the next one early so hubby can be at the ultrasound. Mom is getting on me about infection risk to the baby and I get that, but there is nothing I can do right now.  I either have to get everything taken are of in two or three days or wait until next week and take our toddler away from daddy since he works up home. He won't like that since he's been gone for two weeks. He's also telling me to go to his childhood dentist who is also his sister's father in law. I'm just tired of everyone telling me what I need to do instead of listening to me when I say I've got it handled as best as I can right now.
