Those who've had an empty sac?

Question

I first want to begin by saying I'm so sorry & I understand how upset you may be. I just have a few questions..
1. Did you have all the symptoms of being pregnant?
2. How many positive PT did you have?
3. Did you go back for another US?
I have my first dr appt tomorrow and I'm really nervous.. Just would like to know more about this.

My LMP was 21st oct 2015.  In December 2015 I got a blood test that said I was not pregnant. A week later did a HPT and it said positive. I did another blood test and that too was positive. I had a dating scan and it showed the gestation sac no baby or yolk sac. Second scan a week later showed the sac had gotten bigger to accomodate a 6week fetus but still had no baby. At 8 weeks I had another scan due to my HCG levels still rising and there was a yolk sac but no baby. I thought the worst. Then at 10weeks I did another scan and there was my baby. I'm now 13 weeks with Bub and all is good.

Don't give up hope due to one scan. Get bloods. Be persistent. It could be that your baby is a late bloomer. But it is there. Trust in the universe

My first pregnancy I had just stopped taking the pill a couple of weeks before getting a positive test but since I wasn't taking it properly I was sent for a dating scan straight after. The ultrasound showed an empty sac and I was told it may of just been to early since my levels were good but 2 weeks later I miscarriaged
