Okay so I woke up to this, it appears like acne but I'm not sure due to the location, I figured because I sweat a lot down there now due to the fact that I'm pregnant. But I am also worried could this be bed bugs??? Just asking because it's in a group of 4 I'm not really sure but it looks like pimples they have white heads! It's deff not any kind of herpes or STI due to the fact I've had few sexual partners and have been tested a bunch of times.  I'm totally sorry for the bad picture I can barley reach over the bump lol
