Yoga ball!!!

I just hit 9 months on Sunday and I read that it helps to sit and roll on a yoga ball to relieve some of the pelvic pressure. I did this last night for an hour or so before bed and  I woke up this morning to painful but bareable contractions and some insane nausea. (I threw up the entire 26hours of my last prrgnancy) so I'm hoping this means things are moving in the right direction. Gonna walk today and see how that makes me feel.
