Hello ladies! First time mom here with some major concerns. I have been very nauseous the last week or so and now I've been throwing up for about 3 days straight. It feels very similar to my first trimester morning sickness but I also have a temperature of 100° (my base temperature is about 96.3°), I have chills and my headache has gone from dull throbbing to almost a full blown migraine.

I am a bit over 27 weeks and my husband is thinking I should go to the doctor. I can feel baby kicking as usual, my back doesn't hurt and I am not dilated at all. Besides not being able to keep food down it just feels like a bad cold or a flu. My husband is grabbing some OJ, cucumbers (my remedy during 1st tri) and dry crackers on his way home.

Any suggestions?
