Ive been having white discharge all the time , before and after my period. Its kind if embarrassing and occasionally theres a smell not fishy or anything just a disturbing smell and it makes me really uncomfortable. Being as i am a very hygienic person, this smell is upsetting me and i dont know what it is . I have been taking garlic pills , because i was reading about it and it said that my oh levels were probably low and garlic would help. This is making me not to want to get frisky with my SO and is preventing me from doing a lot of things. Help me please
