I am officially 37 weeks today. After baby arrives I have to schedule gallbladder surgery within the first few weeks. My hunny just called to tell me he FINALLY talked to his boss to request time off. He said he's taking 4 days off when baby comes (even though I reminded him baby and I will be in the hospital the first 2 days) and then he's going back to work. Then once we have my surgery scheduled he's taking 5 days off... We have more than enough money saved up for him to be off longer than this without hurting for anything. Mind you, he has epilepsy so if he doesn't get a full nights sleep he may have seizures, so it is all on me to take care of the baby at night, and once he is back at work it will be solely on me to take care of the baby and my 5 year old daughter round the clock. I secretly am upset about his decision to take such a short time off of work... Then again this will be his first child so he doesn't understand how difficult this is is going to be on me...
