Coming Off The Pill Symptoms?

I'm 17, I have recently come off the pill, I was on it for roughly 4 - 4.5 months. The doctors recommended I stop taking it due to irregular bleeding and extreme cramping that would cause me to black out. Since stopping the pill 2 weeks ago, I have experienced intense headache, back pains/pressure, bad fatigue, breast tenderness and growth also cramps. Could this be due to coming off the pill?
​I am sexually active, only ever with my boyfriend of 3 years. I've had sex once since being OFF the pill, it was on my 27% risk day and unprotected, but only three(3) days ago. I don't suspect pregnancy, even if it was not symptoms this soon...

From what I've read, this is normal. A lot of the symptoms you might get from coming off the pill might be similar to those you got when you first began to take the pill. It's a hormonal thing, so it makes sense that you'd have a number of side effects from doing this.

I came off of the pill about a month ago, my boobs seem to have gotten bigger and I have some awful back pain

I also had the implanon in for 2 years prior the the pill, I started the pill the day the implanon was removed.
