Pressure!!!?

Question

Im 18 weeks pregnant and im having a lot of pressure in my lower pelvis does anyone know whats going on or what I can do for it?!?
Please help!!!

I've been experiencing the same pressure. It's part of it, I guess. I have been told to get a big exercise ball and use it to sit on instead of the couch when I'm at home.

I started getting that around 14 weeks and my midwife said it was Braxton hicks. Apparently your uterus continually is working out in preparation for the big day. It seriously felt like a bowling ball was about to come out of me lol. Sometimes it's intense and other times you don't even notice. Hopefully that helps :) congrats on the little one.

I've been dealing with this the last day or so and it was scaring me. I don't remember it being so painful with my son. ?
