Would you stay with him if he talked to you like this ?

Ok, to the people wondering what's wondering about why he said this, here's a little recap as of what's going on... 

We've been married since 2012, he's cheated with 7 plus girls was in a relationship with one and got another one pregnant, right after I had had my miscarriage, which he was drinking and hanging out with his friends the day I called him to go with me to the hospital, after that he left and I didn't hear from him until the following weekend. I struggled with the loss of my baby for a  while, still do from time to time. 

I recently  got test done to check my Fallopian tubes, because from  one of the many girls he slept with he gave me chlamydia (of course is treated now) and because I didn't have symptoms and I didn't know how long I had had it for it damaged my tubes. So he sent me this after he didn't believe me that I was getting the tests done. He was upset that I didn't prove to him that my cousin was with me, and the reason why that was because he had done the same to me about going to dinner with his dad, which after all the cheating of course I didn't believe him, and of course he didn't prove me either so I just returned the favor, I saw it as if he doesn't prove me stuff why should I have, which I ended up still proving him and he never proved me.. 

Idk regardless of the situation I don't think this is in any way shape or form how you talk to people anyone period, but I love him, I just don't know if I should stay... This isn't the first time he's talked to me like that..... This is just the worst he's told me.
