If im due sept 28th could I have conceived in Nov?

Question

Its important I figure out about when I concieved. My periods were not super regular as I was nursing until ahout july or so and they were really off. I have gone for a dating scan I was 6 weeks 4 days acording to a vag internal scan. I know dating scans can be off slightly.

I conceived my 2nd child in November and delivered at 39 weeks in august. I'm guessing you probably conceived in December

First trimester scans are pretty accurate within 4 days +/-....once you get past 12w babies grow at different rates so your scan should be close....
