Ovulation Pain...

My husband and I have been trying for our second child since August 2013 with no luck. This month I got a positive OPK on CD 10 in the morning and at 2pm. I had what felt like ovulation pain at 7:00pm the same day. Do you get ovulation pain right as the egg is released or is that a sign that you are about to ovulate?

My cycles are normally 28 days.
