nervous early app tomorrow

so I made an early appointment because I am pregnant with baby number 2 and currently am having some odd symptoms.. I work on my feet sometimes up to 12 hours a day. I had severely bad back pain and cramps while working and when I increase my activity. I also feel like I'm having more pressure on my right side. if I go by my lmp I'm 6 weeks and 4 days.if I go by my ovulation kits my peak would .are me 5 weeks and 4 days.I'm so nervous I'll get bad news tomorrow.or that I'll be so early in won't see anything and cause more anxiety. :(
