BBT tracking ... Please help :)
So I've started to track my BBT this month, but in all honesty not exactly sure what to look for :)
I've read up on it and googled it, but thought i'd get better advice on what to do and how to do it from you ladies -seeing that we al speak the same 'TTC' language :)
I need to test every morning before i get out of bed (same time every day) - right?
Will my temperature get higher just before O day, or what should i look out for to know that O day is close/here?
Any other advise welcome!!
