I'm 28 weeks exactly and I have the worst back pain! Upper and lower, and I've been putting heat in it and it relieves it at the time, but does anyone have any other remedies that can help with the pain?

Google back stretches!  Also, I find plain old walking helps, too!  These ladies aren't lying about chiropractic care!  Check your insurance because some will allow therapeutic massage in conjunction with adjustments!

You can take Tylenol, esp Tylenol pm

Tiger balm, or go get a pregnancy massage most spas and massage places offer them.
